This site is operated by Shaun Duval. I take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data I collect, why, and how it's handled.

What I Collect

Contact form: When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and message. This information is sent to me via email (powered by Resend) and is not stored in a database.

Cookies: This site uses a single cookie to remember your light/dark theme preference. No tracking cookies are used.

Analytics: If analytics are enabled, they collect anonymous usage data (page views, referrers) with no personally identifiable information.

How I Use Your Data

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. I don't add you to a mailing list, sell your data, or share it with third parties.

Third-Party Services

• Resend — processes contact form emails
• Vercel — hosts this site

Each service has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

Client Work

If we work together on an AI agent system for your practice, data handling for that project is covered by a separate agreement. I build with privacy as a default — systems are scoped to handle only the data necessary for the automation.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of any data I hold about you at any time by emailing hello@shaunduval.com.
